| Blood Donor Moretti - June 17, 2011 |
Every now and then, my veterinarian calls
to see if one of my Spinoni can come down to her clinic to donate blood to help save a dog that is in dire straits.
We have discovered that my Spinoni are very good at it - not only do they sit calmly, but they fill that blood donor bag up
very quickly! Moretti
was needed one day and the next day I happened to have an appointment to donate blood with the Red Cross and I told the folks
at the Red Cross cross center how Moretti had donated blood the day before so they gave me a couple Red Cross stickers
for Moretti to proudly wear!
